At LumaGift, we carefully prepare and ship each order to ensure it arrives safely and in good condition. Please review our shipping information below.

  • Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • Certain items, including custom, made-to-order, or fulfillment-partner products, may require additional processing time. Any extended processing times will be noted on the product page.


2. Shipping Methods & Delivery

  • We ship using trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL, depending on the product and destination.

  • Delivery times vary based on location and shipping method selected at checkout.

  • Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed.


3. Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

  • Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear after shipment.


4. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping option.

  • Any free shipping promotions, if available, will be clearly displayed at checkout.


5. Delays & Responsibility

  • LumaGift is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, customs, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Orders sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses may be delayed, returned, or lost.


6. Lost or Damaged Packages

  • If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us at welw48@outlook.com within 7 days of delivery or expected delivery.

  • We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue. Replacements or refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.


7. International Shipping

  • International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Delivery times for international orders may vary due to customs processing.
